A novel prognostic target-gene signature and nomogram based on an integrated bioinformatics analysis in hepatocellular carcinoma

There is currently no effective solution to the problem of poor prognosis and recurrence HCC. The technology immunotherapy genetic material has made continuous progress in recent years. In study, a 5-gene signature was established for HCC through biological information, immune infiltration patients studied. After studied patients’ infiltration, paper screened differential target genes miR-126-3p downloaded from TCGA database, uses WGCNA method select modular highly relevant M2 macrophage. Then we use LASSO COX regression analysis establish signature. nomogram by combining prognostic score clinical phenotype. Cibersort empolyed observe patients. We revealed pathways HCC-related GSEA Metascape. bioinformatics 2495 finally constructed with reliable ability (CDCA8, SLC41A3, PPM1G, TCOF1, GRPEL2). combination AJCC_Stage resulted more ability. At same time, 10 cells that are differentially expressed were also found. 8 related based on gene study It provides help research immunotherapy.
